Sunday, 1/28, QuestDG Recap

This past week in our study of grace, we unpacked the Parable of the Lost Son (Luke 15:11-32). We saw how neither the younger nor the elder son could receive grace from the father when they thought they deserved something from him. We talked about the heart of the father--his great joy in welcoming the younger son home, and his pleading with the elder son to come and join in the feast. This is our God, who lavishes grace on us, though we don't deserve it, and who wants us to extend that grace to others.
